I was travelling through the Queensway Tunnel to Liverpool yesterday, thinking how much we all take the Mersey Tunnels for granted. How many of us think about what goes on behind the scenes, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the tunnels? This is part one of a three part film produced by Angus in 1994, for the 60th anniversary of the opening of The Queensway Tunnel.
