Form tips: ☑️Start with one foot (heel to toe) completely on the box. This is important for safely doing step ups. ☑️ Lean slightly forward, think nose over toe. Brace your core for stability. ☑️ Power through your working leg -the one on the box - getting a little “hop” and quickly switch feet so your opposite foot lands on the box.
