I don’t know about you, but overhead shoulder stretches are one of my favorite movements to do on the yoga mat. And they’re really relevant for our overhead (shoulder flexion) asanas in yoga – like downward dog, handstand, forearm balance, and even warrior 1! There are lots of ways we could approach stretching our arms into shoulder flexion.
