There are some exercises I still use higher rep ranges for, because I can’t use good form in lower reps ranges on them yet… it’s all individual based, that’s why it’s best not to speak in absolutes (e.g. saying 4-8 is the best for everyone). - My form isn’t perfect, but it’s still decent.
