PUGGY UPDATE: We just heard from the vets. Puggy is stable and they will attempt to take him off the ventilator today. It’s a slow process but we hope he is able to breathe by himself and then he will be assessed by surgeons to decide the next steps. He is remaining on one to one care but his vitals are stable.
