Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for Saturday. The big issues will be timing and whether or not a cap can develop on the atmosphere. An uncapped atmosphere will lead to rain and general thunderstorms. A capped atmosphere will lead to more sunshine and a chance of stronger even severe storms. If we get severe storms the threats will be hail and high winds. | KY3 Weather
