Georgia election officials say rideshare giant Lyft violated state law by offering discounted rides to the polls last year.

Aaron Hines, who was often referred to as “Coach Ball,” was a coach for the Georgia Rattlers. Hines was shot and killed in a southeast Atlanta townhome community on Skylar Way.
