Cincinnati Reds manager Terry Francona spoke with reporters on Thursday before they face off against the Detroit Tigers and shared an update on starting pitcher Hunter Greene. Greene went to Los Angeles to get a second opinion on his injured groin,

The Reds figure to be without ace Hunter Greene until at least sometime in July as they head into one of toughest stretches of schedule.

"We always kind of encourage that with our guys, that if they want to (seek a second opinion), go," manager Terry Francona said.
