A winter storm is set to bring snow, sleet and freezing rain to South-Central Pennsylvania over the next couple of days.
The days long storm system that has been hitting Montana continues as the atmospheric river is steering Pacific moisture into an arctic airmass.
As the storm approaches conditions will be cold enough initially for snow but it will pull in some mild air that is expected to change the precipitation to rain for some.
