The Virginia State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a four-year-old boy they believe to be in extreme danger.

A suspect was arrested on Tuesday in connection to the shooting-turned-abduction that took place Monday, according to Norfolk police.

Police said they located the missing 4-year old safely just before 1 a.m. at a home in Virginia Beach. Scott was taken into custody by officers.
