A row has erupted after Norfolk county councillors suggested district council leaders are plotting to spend and borrow millions before they are axed.

The Met Office has forecast a dry and sunny weekend for Watton and Swaffham. On Saturday, July 12, the day will start clear and sunny, with temperatures rising from 14C at 7am to a peak of 27C by 1pm.
