Like many Americans, I was troubled by President Trump’s Jan. 20 executive order granting full commutations and pardons to all those indicted or sentenced for the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S.

I wholeheartedly support employees who courageously stand up for their rights when they feel wronged by their employer. It’s crucial to stand up for one’s rights in the workplace.
