Glasgow City Council has removed the recording of the meeting from its website and a spokesman said the footage would be edited and then re-uploaded.

Graphic footage captured William Lewis murdering William Copeland and then pointing the weapon at his 59-year-old dad Thomas, who was stabbed in the chest causing him to fall off his wheelchair.
