On July 6, around 11:30 a.m., Airdrie RCMP responded to a hit and run collision on the QEII in front of CrossIron Mall.

After being closed for a few days, Airdrie's north portion of the Big Springs Dog Park is now open. Part of the park was closed because of a porcupine in the area.
