The Buffalo Bills have fired coach Sean McDermott after the team again failed to reach the Super Bowl in his nine seasons.

Shortly after getting let go by the Bills, Sean McDermott is seen as a head coaching candidate for the Baltimore Ravens and Titans.

The Bills' season was ended by Denver in the divisional round, ending another chance at a Super Bowl run for QB Josh Allen.

McDermott feels like a prime candidate to get the Cardinals out from the bottom of the NFL standings. He had seven straight 10+ win season with the Bills, and while their roster is clearly head and shoulders above Arizona's, there's still some solid pieces for McDermott to work with.

The Browns once passed on hiring Sean McDermott, and now, nearly a decade later, his surprise availability could throw their entire head coach search into chaos.
