AP sources reported Monday that Sherrone Moore is expected to be suspended by the University of Michigan for the third and fourth games of the 2025 season as the team’s sign-stealing investigation continues.

Michigan’s football program snapped a two-month long commitment drought by picking up a pair of verbal pledges on April 26, including top-100 quarterback Brady Smigiel. But the recruiting momentum the Wolverines gained by landing Smigiel and three-star edge rusher Tariq Boney quickly waned.

The Wolverines will need to pick someone to lead the program while coach Sherrone Moore serves a suspension in 2025. These are the likely candidates.
