It was a Democrat sweep in Cincinnati on Tuesday night as Mayor Aftab Pureval trounced challenger Cory Bowman, and all Democratic Party-endorsed candidates won in a crowded city council race.
Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval, the Democratic incumbent, cruised to victory over Republican challenger Cory Bowman, 78% to 22%. Despite, or maybe because of, Bowman's relationship with the vice president ‒ they're half brother s – Bowman won only four of Cincinnati's smaller and more conservative neighborhoods on the edges of the city.
Cory Bowman, J. Divan Vance's half-brother, is suspected of committing voter fraud, which is not a good look for someone pretending to run for mayor of Cincinnati.
