France will provide Ukraine with a new €195 million military aid package funded by interest from frozen Russian assets, Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu said Sunday. The package includes 155mm shells and air-to-surface missiles as Ukraine faces setbacks from the US weapons suspension.

"The president of the United States did not say it has ended. He said it is paused," said U.S. envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg.
