A South Carolina woman is facing multiple charges after state investigators say she tried to file a fake insurance claim.

A 40-year-old Florence woman faces charges for filing phony insurance claims, admitted to altering fake receipts for dry cleaning services to USAA Insurance, arrested by SLED.
