Chauncy Glover, an Emmy-winning TV journalist, died from "acute intoxication" caused by chloroethane and methamphetamine, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

The cause of death for news anchor Chauncy Glover has been revealed by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office.

KCAL News anchor Chauncy Glover had drugs in his system at the time of his death, which has been ruled an accident, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner confirmed Wednesday. The 39-year-old journalist died from “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of chloroethane and methamphetamine,” the agency said in a statement.
