Scattered rain showers are moving through the region today. Temperatures are still holding in the 30s and we will see those temperatures drop as a large storm system moves through Pennsylvania. Wind direction goes from a southwesterly flow to a north flow this afternoon and that helps change the precipitation type.

DALLAS - The cool and cloudy skies in North Texas will eventually turn rainy, especially later in the week. According to the FOX 4 Weather team, Tuesday will be cloudy with isolated showers and highs in the upper 50s.

Although rainfall has been light with minimal accumulation over the past 12 hours, rain is expected to increase in coverage and intensity across North Texas on Wednesday evening due to an approaching low-pressure system.
