A judge on Wednesday questioned why it was necessary for the Trump administration to sue Maryland’s entire federal bench over an order that paused the immediate deportation of migrants challenging their removals.

A judge will consider a Trump administration lawsuit against all 15 federal judges in Maryland over an order related to immigration and deportations.

In a post on his Truth Social social-media network, Trump again urged the Fed to lower interest rates, writing: “I am … considering allowing a major lawsuit against Powell to proceed because of the horrible, and grossly incompetent, job he has done in managing the construction of the Fed Buildings.”
