GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WBAY) - The Powerball jackpot continues to rise. The multistate lottery says nobody matched every number for the $1.1 billion jackpot in Monday’s drawing, so Wednesday’s prize is up to an estimated $1.25 billion.
