Whatever commitment issues Brandon Ingram had while he was a member of the New Orleans Pelicans have disappeared. It did not take long for the newest Toronto Raptors star to sign an extension with the organization after his arrival.

The Raptors will be the third team the former No. 2 overall pick has played for in his professional career. Shortly after the blockbuster deal, Ingram signed a three-year extension with Toronto. In an introduction press conference, the elite wing explained his reasoning for being with his new franchise for the long run.

The Raptors acquired Ingram, who hasn't played since Dec. 7 due to a sprained ankle, in a deal with the Pelicans last week.
