Good afternoon and happy Friday! It’s been a mainly dry day across the area but the winds have been quite gusty and they’ll only get stronger as we move through the afternoon into tonight. We could see gusts as high as 50 mph across the area for this afternoon and evening.
On Friday at 12:41 a.m. a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 2 p.m. until Saturday 5 a.m. for Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol and Plymouth counties.
Expect howling winds, eerie rain, chilling air, and whatever other basic Halloween jargon that can fit into a moderately spooky headline for this Halloween.
