The New Day is over. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, the group's two active members, have reportedly left the WWE.

New Day members Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods both took to social media on Monday to reflect on their time in WWE after their reported departures from the company last week.

On Monday, PWInsider reported that WWE officials asked a “pretty majorly pushed talent” to take a 50% cut in their pay, which the talent then allegedly agreed to do.

After an incredibly decorated dozen years as The New Day, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are reportedly done in WWE.

A top AEW superstar and former WWE Champion is completely baffled by the releases of Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, who had a glorious 12-year run together as The New Day.

While, the other wrestlers were released by WWE, Woods and Kingston’s decision to part ways was more mutual after they were reportedly asked to take a pay cut on their contract.
