Week 10 of the South Dakota high school football season has arrived and it's a combination week. That's because the 23-game area schedule includes regular-season finales for Class 11AA and 11A teams along with 19 first-round playoff games for Class 11B, 9AA, 9A, 9B and All Nations Conference squads.

St. Thomas More's defense prevented Hot Springs from scoring in the second half in a Class 11B first round victory. The Eagles notched a 55-0 win, advancing to the Class 9A quarterfinals. They've now outscored opponents 499-32.
