Microsoft is adding a new healthcare-focused text analytics interface to its family of AI programming interfaces, and it's making generally available Custom Commands and Form Recognizer APIs, as well.

Not only have Microsoft's Bot Framework and Service been updated, but new AI functionality and language capabilities have been introduced for apps that leverage Azure Cognitive Services as well.

At its ongoing Ignite 2022 conference, Microsoft announced a bunch of new capabilities for its Azure cloud service and has also launched an employability program with LinkedIn integration.

Beyond Azure Applied AI Services, Microsoft announced enhancements for products available through Azure Cognitive Services, including Document Translation and Text Analytics for Health.

The regular monthly update to Microsoft's Azure SDK improves Cognitive Services text analytics, specifically with a new Question Answering SDK that supplants QnA Maker.
