Microsoft brought a boatload of new features to Teams this month and is expected to unveil even more at Ignite next month.
Choose “List View.” Configure your view to show teams as “lists” rather than in a “grid.” This makes it easier to view new messages posted in each team you are a member of. To do this, go to Settings -> Appearance -> Chats and channels -> choose “List” layout.
It also integrates with Planner for follow-up tasks and can even draft documents in Word or Loop directly from meeting content. You can enable Facilitator before or during a meeting from the Teams Calendar or Outlook meeting setup. It can also be activated from the “More options” menu on the toolbar during a live session.
