GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — An apartment fire displaced 11 people late Sunday night and was caused by cooking, Gwinnett County Fire said. In a release, the county fire and emergency services agency said firefighters responded a little after 9:30 p.m. to the Rosemont Peachtree Corners complex on Elmside Village Lane.
