As expected, Jacques Audiard's Spanish drama 'Emilia Perez' emerged victorious in Best Non-English Language Film category at the 78th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA). The film's director Jacques Audiard accepted the award.

In addition to its two BAFTA wins, Emilia Pérez has won the Cannes Jury Prize, and four Golden Globes, including Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy. It received 13 nominations at the upcoming Oscars, including Best Picture.
