Silver Alert issued for 62-year-old man last seen in Tulsa
Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for Carl Scanlan on behalf of the Tulsa Police Department. Scanlan, 62, was last known to be on foot in downtown Tulsa, according to OHP. He was last seen wearing a brown baseball cap, a gray and white sweater, blue jeans and brown boots. He also has a goatee and ponytail.
