Less than a year after his divorce from Princess Tatiana, Prince Nikolaos of Greece wed a tiara-clad Chrysi Vardinogianni in Athens.

The Greek prince announced his engagement two weeks ago, shortly after his romance with the daughter of a shipping magnate was made public. The ceremony comes nine months after the son of Constantine

The wedding took place at the Holy Church of Saint Nicholas Ragavas in Athens, with only close friends and family in attendance. The guest list included the entire Greek royal family, the groom’s aunts Queen Sofia of Spain and Princess Benedikte of Denmark, and the Prince and Princess of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg.

Princess Tatiana of Greece thanked her mom for her support in an Instagram post, just days before her ex-husband Prince Nikolaos is set to remarry, less than one year after announcing his divorce from Tatiana.

Queen Emerita Sofia attended the wedding of her nephew, Nikolaos of Greece, and Jrysi Vardinoyanni, heiress to one of the country's wealthiest families, accompanied by Irene of Greece and Infanta Cristina.
