A familiar face could be returning to Kansas City. Per a report from the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs are bringing back Eric Bienemy as its new offensive coordinator. The news comes after reports that Matt Nagy wouldn’t return as the OC.
After a successful run with Kansas City, Bieniemy took a role with the Commanders in 2023, which allowed him to call plays. After a 4-13 season, he returned to coach at UCLA, where he was the running backs coach from 2003-05, and spent the 2024 football season as an associate head coach.
