Passengers have been "dropping like flies" aboard the P&O cruise ship, owing to a suspected norovirus outbreak, a report in Sky News has claimed. The P&O Iona, carrying 5,000 guests and 1,800 staff members is currently passing Belgium on a seven-day cruise across northern Europe.

In the TikTok video, Spencer Aronfeld (@cruiseshiplawyer) suggests that Royal Caribbean should have canceled a sailing on Symphony of the Seas after a “horrifying” inspection revealed “numerous food safety and hygiene issues, including improperly stored food, raw eggs not at the correct temperature, and crew members touching ice with open wounds.”
People were being sick "in restaurants, on decks, outside cabins," one passenger said of the suspected norovirus outbreak.
