Lefty Doug Nikhazy, the 27th man for today’s doubleheader, will start the second game at 6:10 p.m. Nikhazy, who faces Walker Buehler, will be making his big league debut. The doubleheader was caused by Friday’s postponement because or rain and cold.

CLEVELAND — Manager Alex Cora’s Game 1 lineup Saturday is slightly different from the one he drew up before Friday’s rainout. The Red Sox and Guardians will play a doubleheader today here at Progressive Field. Game 1 is at 1:10 p.m. Game 2 is at 7:10 p.m.

Saturday will bring 18 (scheduled) innings of baseball against the Guardians in a day-night doubleheader beginning at 1:10 p.m.
