New video footage has emerged, offering another angle of the events leading up to the downtown Cincinnati brawl.

A woman, 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon, also faces charges in connection with the incident. She is charged with felonious assault, assault and aggravated riot. Vernon is accused of striking a woman in the face, causing the woman to lose consciousness, according to court documents.

Mayor Aftab Pureval said "too many Cincinnatians don't feel safe," during a press update from officials on the large fight in downtown Cincinnati.
