After matching five numbers in December's Cash4Life drawing, the Bellmore resident selected the cash value option.

Jason Champagne bought the winning ticket at a smoke shop in Newburgh and drew all five field numbers and the matching cash ball.

Roshane Davis of Nesconset matched the first five numbers in the December 31, 2025, drawing, earning a prize with a minimum guaranteed payout of $1,000,000. Rather than accept the annuity structure, Davis elected to receive a one-time lump sum payment of $648,102 following required withholdings.
