According to Rolling Stone, Relli’s legal team confirmed during a February 26 court hearing that they intend to proceed with the civil case, which had been on hold while Rocky’s criminal trial played out. With that trial now over, a judge has officially lifted the stay and set a trial date for January 12, 2026.

A jury of his peers may have found A$AP Rocky not guilty of shooting his former associate, but A$AP Relli isn’t giving up on the case and will continue to pursue legal action against the “RIOT” rapper.

Relli is still pursuing a civil case against ASAP Rocky. Rolling Stone reports that Relli is moving forward with the assault and battery lawsuit, even though Rocky was found not guilty in the criminal trial.
